She will share key findings from her new report, Big Insights from Small and Mid-Sized Businesses, which draws on interviews with employers to highlight what small and medium-sized companies need to build strong talent pipelines, their views on non-degree credentials, and the workforce strategies that help hire and retain skilled workers. Amanda will also outline policy recommendations to better support employers and workers in today’s changing labor market.
