First Generation Panel for Social Mobility Day
In recognition of Social Mobility Day in the US, Morgan Stanley and the Center for Economic Opportunity & Belonging invites you to join us for a powerful panel conversation that celebrates what it means to be first-generation in all its forms – first in a family to graduate college, enter corporate America, navigate a new country, or break into leadership.
This dynamic discussion will highlight the lived experiences of first-generation employees who have navigated uncharted paths and shifted the trajectory of their families and communities. We’ll explore the connection between first generation identity and upward social mobility, shedding light on how access, opportunity, and representation help move individuals – and entire generations – forward.
Whether you’re first-gen yourself or an ally, this conversation is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and be inspired by the transformative impact of inclusion, resilience and social progress.
