Utah Citizenship Day

Kathleen Weron from Ogletree Deakins will be presenting strategies to strengthen your business’s ability to comply, how to establish clear policies to fellow when ICE or government agencies arrive, ways to evaluate Compliance Risk by reviewing measures to ensure employees are properly documented, especially if a business relies on temporary staffing agencies, how to conduct internal audits and retain employee I-9s and provide legal resources for businesses when found not in compliance.
