The Community Connect Summit is a celebration of collective strength, shared purpose, and the power of community.

This free event brings together community members and service professionals who are committed to creating meaningful, lasting change. It’s a welcoming space to share knowledge, elevate community voices, and explore impactful resources that support individuals and families.

Attendees will engage in hands-on training, insightful conversations, and dynamic breakout sessions focused on social determinants of health (SDOH), community programs, and essential services. Participants will leave with practical tools, deeper connections, and renewed motivation to make a positive difference in the communities they care about.

We extend our gratitude to the community partners and sponsors who generously contribute their time and resources to make this event possible. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please note that lunch will be a working lunch.
